On June 7, María Paula Lloreda Gómez, student from the Class of 2024, won the gold medal in athletics in the girls’ youth 400-meter hurdles category at the National Finals of the Intercollegiate Games, held on the track of the Unidad Deportiva El Salitre in Bogotá.
In this competition, about 650 athletes and coaches from all over Colombia participated, where our student clinched victory in an exciting finish against Valentina Mendoza from Santander, winning by just two hundredths of a second, according to Running Colombia magazine.

El pasado 7 de junio, María Paula LLoreda Gómez, estudiante de la Clase de 2024, obtuvo la medalla de oro en atletismo, en la categoría juvenil femenino 400 metros vallas, en la Final Nacional de los Juegos Intercolegiados, realizados en la pista de la Unidad Deportiva El Salitre, en la ciudad de Bogotá.
En esta competencia, participaron alrededor de 650 deportistas y entrenadores, de toda Colombia, donde nuestra estudiante venció en un emocionante remate a la santandereana Valentina Mendoza, por solo dos centésimas de segundo, según informó la revista Running Colombia.
