This experience will surely live on in my memory for the rest of my life. It is difficult to describe how much this great adventure has meant for me. I have learned so much throughout this exchange counting one of the most important things I wanted to learn about; other cultures. It was amazing to meet and talk with other cultures, I had never had the opportunity to talk to others from other countries and cultures so closely and being able to has been a blessing.
I enjoyed all the activities we had as boarders. I tried out so many things I have never done before. It was very amusing to do sports with other cultures and see how much they liked sports. It was great to feel how people live in other countries, this is because I have always dreamed of living in another country in the future. Being a boarder has helped me gain experience for the future when I study at a university and it surely has been something I have gained a lot of knowledge from.
I was able to share more about the Colombian culture, this was one of my main goals of this exchange that I was able to accomplish neatly. I proved myself as I presented to an English speaking audience in my second language. I love to challenge myself and this was a great opportunity to prove myself. I was capable of effectively communicating in English and was able to reinforce my communication skills. It was interesting to study at a different school with a much different educational system from another country, this widely opened my perspective of education in other countries. Overall, all what I have lived and learned in here has given me an entirely different perspective and has opened my mind to new reaches.
I had a lovely experience here and I was able to experience what true peace is. The nature and the landscapes were magnificent, giving me a sense of calmness that filled up my body. The beautifulness of this land is something I enjoyed seeing every single day and being able to see it with my own eyes is something I am greatly grateful for.

Esta experiencia seguramente vivirá en mi memoria por el resto de mi vida. Es difícil describir lo mucho que ha significado para mí esta gran aventura. He aprendido mucho a lo largo de este intercambio, contando una de las cosas más importantes sobre las que quería aprender; otras culturas. Fue increíble conocer y conversar con otras culturas, nunca había tenido la oportunidad de conversar con personas de otros países y culturas tan de cerca.
Disfruté de todas las actividades que tuvimos. Probé tantas cosas que nunca había hecho antes. Fue muy divertido hacer deporte con otras culturas y ver lo mucho que les gustaba el deporte. Fue genial sentir cómo vive la gente en otros países, esto se debe a que siempre soñé con vivir en otro país en el futuro. El boarding school me ha ayudado a ganar experiencia para el futuro cuando estudie en una universidad y seguramente ha sido algo de lo que he adquirido muchos conocimientos.
Pude compartir sobre la cultura colombiana, este fue uno de los principales objetivos que pude lograr perfectamente con este intercambio. Me probé a mí mismo cuando me presenté a una audiencia de habla inglesa en mi segundo idioma. Me encanta desafiarme a mí mismo y esta fue una gran oportunidad para probarlo. Era capaz de comunicarme efectivamente en inglés y pude reforzar mis habilidades de comunicación. Fue interesante estudiar en una colegio diferente con un sistema educativo muy diferente al de otro país, esto abrió ampliamente mi perspectiva de la educación en otros países. En general, todo lo que he vivido y aprendido aquí me ha dado una perspectiva completamente diferente y me ha abierto la mente.
Tuve una linda experiencia aquí y pude experimentar lo que es la verdadera paz. La naturaleza y los paisajes eran magníficos, dándome una sensación de calma que llenaba mi cuerpo. La belleza de esta tierra es algo que disfruto ver todos los días y poder verla con mis propios ojos es algo por lo que estoy muy agradecido.
